Madden and Pakenham Street upgrades created safer, more accessible links through Wynyard Quarter, improving connections between the waterfront, surrounding buildings and the wider precinct.

The works delivered a people-focused streetscape, with improved pedestrian and cycling access, integrated planting, raingardens and robust urban finishes that reflect the area’s waterfront setting.
