The scheme incorporates a podium level with activated commercial tenancies, contributing to the Beach Road streetscape, while elevating residential living above.
A key feature of the project is its lifestyle-focused amenity offering, including a dedicated pool house and shared communal facilities that enhance resident experience within a high-density urban setting.
The project required a well-coordinated design and delivery approach to manage a complex mixed-use building on a tight inner-city site. Bringing together residential, commercial and shared amenity spaces, the design focuses on practical planning and efficient use of space while maintaining a high level of liveability.
The result is a well-executed residential tower that enhances the surrounding area and delivers quality city living in a prime, waterfront-adjacent location.
