John Lysaght Building
The John Lysaght Building has been renewed through a sensitive refurbishment and seismic upgrade, preserving its industrial heritage while adapting it for modern use.
Original timber columns, trusses and roof elements were retained, with new façade, glazing and entry upgrades improving performance, comfort and street presence. The result is a strengthened and revitalised heritage building that continues to contribute to the character of Wynyard Quarter.
