The Imagine Hotel at 31 Beach Road is a purpose-built boutique hotel located on the edge of Auckland’s CBD, within close proximity to Britomart and the waterfront and just a five-minute walk to Spark Arena and Britomart Station. Completed in 2021, the 15-level tower delivers 112 rooms comprising a mix of studio and dual-key configurations.
Delivered on a constrained inner-city site, the project required a well-coordinated approach to design, services integration and construction.
The result is a refined, design-led hotel that combines efficient planning with a strong architectural identity, enhancing the Beach Road precinct and contributing to the vibrancy of the CBD.
