Westhaven Marine Village

The Westhaven Marine Village is a purpose-built, multi-tenanted commercial development accommodating marine businesses, restaurants and cafés. Constructed on reclaimed land, the project included extensive piling, large-span exposed steelwork, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping and an extension to the Westhaven Promenade. Its distinctive sawtooth roof reflects the site’s maritime heritage, while the building achieved a Green Star Performance Rating.
