FCB Warehouse EPS Replacement

4PM managed the replacement of ageing EPS wall and ceiling panels within Tasti's FCB Packaging Warehouse, upgrading the facility to a modern PIR insulated panel system. Delivered within a live food manufacturing environment, the project required careful staging, extensive temporary works and close stakeholder coordination to minimise operational disruption while improving the facility's safety, durability and long-term performance.
